High on this agenda is achieving the government’s goals for zero carbon. We’ve invested extensively in R&D to achieve this goal, and our prototype Sigma Home leads the industry. An entirely new concept, using a range of technologies, systems and designs, Sigma is the UK’s first 5 star rated home under the Code for Sustainable Homes. Not only has this major project generated key learnings for the manufacturing and development of mass market carbon zero homes, but it has also provided invaluable information on how families want to live and use their homes.
