For this project, we constructed a 1,200-pupil secondary school on a site to the east of Stirling, near the existing Wallace High School.

Facilities within the school include general classroom areas and specialist facilities for CDT, music, home economics and the sciences.
A full size sports hall to Sports Scotland standards, 25m swimming pool with changing facilities, gymnasium areas and dance studios were also provided. There is also specialist learning facilities wing.

The building – which incorporates a range of construction elements – is generally steel framed with concrete floors, curtain walling and rain-screen cladding. Works also included a significant FF&E package.

As part of the PPP team, we were fully involved from design concepts through to comprehensive delivery.
