We constantly invest in staff training and development at all levels to ensure we always have the best people in the right position to deliver quality results. All employees have access to our internet-based Learning Directory, which allows them to assess their own profile and access training resources.

Health & Safety is given top priority throughout the Group. Employees are provided with regular Health & Safety training, and we continually seek to achieve higher standards. The Group has a range of qualified, full-time Health & Safety specialists working across the divisions and we are audited on a regular basis by the NHBC and Lloyds.
