As well as construction work for our sister company Stewart Milne Homes, we also carry out private residential contracts for other developers, including Cala and Drum Homes.

Our experience covers all types of private home – from large blocks of one and two-bedroom apartments to detached five-bedroom villas.

We are experienced in all construction from low and medium rise timber to steel and concrete frame blocks, a few homes to major projects, city centre and suburban.

We have also carried a range of private housing and flats in city centre, suburban and rural locations including Gleneagles in Perthshire.
